Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026. This policy covers the SSMX waitlist on this website, run by SSM Exchange Inc. ("SSMX," "we").

What we collect

• Your email address (required), and, if you choose to share them, your first name, favorite player, favorite sport and how you heard about SSMX.

How we use it

Only to send you updates about SSMX and its launch, and to understand how people find us (from the answer you choose to give).

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. Our service providers (Google, which stores the waitlist, and Netlify, which hosts this website) process it on our behalf, only to run the waitlist.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your information, by writing to social@ssmxapp.com.
